This new report displays residents at risk for:

  1. Behavioral/emotional issues
  2. Bladder incontinence
  3. Malnutrition/dehydration
  4. ADL decline
  5. Pressure ulcers
  6. Falls
The up/down arrows on each header will sort the data in ascending or descending order according to the header options.

Click on a resident name to drill down to that reisdent's risk indicators and view the detailed data elements that triggered the risk categories.

Knowing what places a resident at risk cues clinicians about what to assess and document to substantiate or challenge the risk. If the risk is validated to be sure it is care planned.
